Green Floral Theme
I was just browsing through some of the Ovi Store items when i came across these themes. These floral themes have amazing quality and graphics with stunning on screen texture. My phone looks so bright and colorful that it gives me a feeling as if i have a new phone in my hand. The cellphone signal strength and battery level indicators show as delicate leaves which look really beautiful.
Yellow Floral Theme
The analog clock appears as a burst of red colors which give the phone a stylish feel. The yellow theme has a blend of yellow, light pink and green colors that really suit the overall theme. There are no side effects of these themes. I mean you don't see anything getting discolored and text getting hidden or unreadable because of the theme.
'Love is in the air' - a common tagline everywhere every Valentine season. However, I differ from this and iI wish to say - 'Love is in your phone'. Romantic Valentine is a new premium theme from MMMOOO. MMMOOO have some very beautiful and functional applications for Nokia 5800 to their credit and this one further adds to it. This theme has amazing graphics in light pink and light violet color. The home-screen image features an Eiffel tower with two kids holding heart shaped balloons which makes the home-screen look really cute. The analog clock on your home-screen looks really with a pink heart in the centre the dial. Every time you look at your phone, it reminds you of the coming Valentine Day and more than that of your girlfriend. For people who don't have a girlfriend/boyfriend, it reminds them that they need to get one before this Valentine Day.
I wrote about the all new Fring in my previous post. I installed the Fring theme too along with Fring and now the Fring application really blends with my new theme. The Fring theme has an amazing feel to it, gives a vibrant look and feel to your phone. The entire theme is based on three colors - orange, yellow and green. There are new icons in the messaging menu while the rest of them remain as system default.
The scroll bars turn green and the highlighted menu options yellow, giving you a lemony look which i love on my phone. The quality of the theme is really professional. I have had themes on my phone where i was unable to view text which i wrote or they were too light to locate in the entire phone layout. However, the Fring theme has none of these flaws and can be termed as good as the original Nokia theme.
The Nokia Ovi Store has feature a lot of nice themes for Christmas. I did like one of them a lot and have it on my phone for this Christmas. The theme is called "The Heart of X'mas". It really gives me that nice Christmas feel and its being very near, every time i see my phone. It has got nice artistic icons and that Christmas backdrop. It feels really nice to have a starry sky as the background every time i visit my menu or bring up the dial pad. The bottom of the screen has an array of Christmas trees and a forest like view.
Are still find is there screensaver on the Nokia 5800? Screensaver is such a nice function for phone, but how pitty 5800 not include this. However our dedicated app reviewing partner, MMMOOO, the developer of the rocketing MyPhone-turn Nokia phones into iPhone, provides a very special .sis installer file which called Slide Show, actually i former know this function under theme section, but when my real life photos goes in the the homescreen with S60 frame ui, the background is so ugly.
However, this slide show is very unique, it meet seamlessly well with my 5800 as you can see from the photo above. The slide show has a very nice content targeting, it's called: 9 Fruits: Equip yourself with the ultra wisdom & inspirational 9 Fruits from Bible. Each motto word will slideshow according to your own setting in homescreen. It hints people keep in wisdom and holly, really impressive!
How t o apply slide show? Actually, you can use any photos of yours to apply in slideshow, but normally the photos will be display well on the homescreen just as i mentioned above. However you can ps your photos 
to achieve a nice fit. And MMMOOO 9 Fruits slide just is a good case. They even done this in .sis installer, not messed .jpg images, very convenient for your installation. The method from 9 Fruits:

Halloween is just around the corner and we would like to bring some scary themes for your Nokia 5800 XpressMusic phone. Nothing like putting yourself in a frightful mood. We have three Halloween-inspired themes for you to download for FREE and try it out from Zensis Ltd.
What is Halloween Themes?
From the Ovi Store, Zensis Ltd. brings us three themes that can make you Nokia 5800 phone fit for Halloween. These themes are reminiscent of Asian movies that feature scary jumping zombies and blood-tainted mouths. Apparently, these themes promote the Ocean Park place in Hong Kong.
Halloween theme 1 has a smiling jack o lantern pumpkin with ghost faces at each side with English and Chinese text around it that says “Ocean Park Halloween Bash.” The theme is splashed with orange text and orange scrollbars. You cannot escape the Halloween madness with this theme.
Halloween theme 2 has a faceless woman wearing a traditional Chinese outfit with a paper umbrella. The eerie mood is splattered with green and misty effects. Notice the icons of the Nokia 5800. These icons have Chinese-related occult images such as a mirror, decapitated heads and scary faces.
Halloween theme 3 has a woman with long hair and is carrying a hand-woven basket. What makes it scary is that her head is covered with hair; so much so, that it looks like her head is the other way around. What’s under the hair? We don’t know and I don’t think I want to find out.
My take on Halloween Themes
These Halloween Themes are perfect for your Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. The color schemes, wallpaper and icons are right for this yearly event.
Unfortunately, the icons are quite limited and redundant. All three themes often share the icons and would only have one icon related to the theme (e.g. faceless girl or the Chinese-wearing girl). The makes of these themes would have made it better if they put more icons for this theme.
Also, the theme has a spooky ringtone – a ghostly sound. Again, this ringtone is shared to all three themes. We would have wanted each theme to have separate ringtones which is not too hard to do.

My verdict on Halloween Themes
Download these themes. It’s FREE and will put you in the scary trick-or-treat mood. Show it to your friends. Start scaring people with your ringtone. Have a Spook-tacular night of fright. Nothing like a scary theme for your scary nights of Trick or Treat. Let's just say this is a treat for you.

Have you ever used animated theme on Nokia 5800? You may used some need 3rd part plug-in installed to support the flash or gif animation, all of those theme are pretty occupy memory and slow down system memory, also it's not very steady, cuz it needs to use 3rd part plug-in.

I have been looking around for some wallpapers for Nokia 5800 Xpress Music, found some lists around the web and joined all of them so that you can have a package with tons of wallpapers. Babi is one of the better theme composers for the symbian platform and definitely one of the best if you consider free themes available for the symbian 5th edition devices. Babi is continuing his recent interest in dark hues with his new theme THREE.
As can be seen in the screenshot at the left, the shortcut bar home screen looks great in this theme. The analogue clock has been done nicely and the new IPOD like icon for the music player syncs perfectly with the theme. Please note that the fourth shortcut is for Nokia maps and not the Symbian browser.
I like the dark hued themes for they look great on the black bodied 5800s and you can find an appropriate theme to go with red, blue or black 5800s. This theme looks great on both blue and silver in my view. Another compelling reason for my inclination towards dark themes is their lower power consumption compared to the brightly lit themes. Since 5800 has a large 3.2" screen, a well designed theme should also consider the battery constraints, for the battery technology is yet to catch up with the rapidly evolving semi conductor industry. Dark hued themes are hence eco-friendly since they draw less power and user friendly too for you can squeeze in an extra hour without having to search for the nearest socket to charge your 5800 battery.
