BlackBaller has all the solutions what you have wanted from this type of application. You can instantly reject calls, sms and even mms. Don’t go for the name it also support whitelist as well as blacklist, I mean it also a whiteballer! It has a very user friendly interface. You can integrate it with your contact. It runs on background but the ram level of your device will be almost the same. And for optional you will get a SMS auto replier. Yea you don’t have to install another application for that.
