Light Wallet as it sounds is not really that light an application. When i came across this application, i had in mind that being a J2ME application, it would not have any major functionalities. However, after i started exploring the application i was surprised with the excellent stability and functionality of this application.
This is a general application just like any other financial application allowing you to keep track of all your expenses. I loved the way it has been designed and how methodical it is. Initially you have to setup your money sources as Wallets. For ex - Paypal, Amex and Alertpay accounts make wallets. You can then create categories depending on your expenditure. For ex - broadband charges, telephone, electricity, house rent etc. After that you can start recording your expenses. If you paid, 100$ towards your telephone bill using your Amex card, then your Amex Wallet will show you a balance of -100$. Also, if you get a refund of suppose 50$ from your telephone company, then you can add it as a credit to your Amex Wallet such that your total balance becomes -50$.
Amazing part about this application is the way it records the transactions. Each transaction that you add is time stamped and you can also add comments to it. You have various view options available, like view all of the transaction in a month, view all transaction of a particular category, etc.
The best part comes now. This application integrates with Google Docs and you can export/import all the transactions into Google Docs. You can also import/export all your transactions in the form of a CSV into your memory card which really comes in handy. All that i have to say about this application is that you need to give it a try at least once and you will be amazed to see what all this application can do. Download Light Wallet

Hi,
The link you pointed to downloads a file and installs an application which is not made for the 5800. Itsnot like the snapshots you have posted. I got an app that had a very small screen and a D-pad with A B C D arrow keys.
I’m sorry. I hadn’t explored the whole software. My mistake Bro.
Nice software. pretty well made and very handy too
Hi,
I’m having some troubles with this software. There are cases where i select the drop down menu and when selecting an option the application is closed. This prevents me from inputing correct info on the app.
Has anyone experienced similar issues?
Thanks
