It is almost 2 months since we last reviewed the Symabook app which was then launched in its alpha stage one. Now the application has entered its 2nd Alpha. Generally when an application is released, it undergoes a number of stages after which it reaches its final release. Alpha stage marks the very first stage of release of an application which can then be further broken down into stages after which it will reach the Beta stage.

I found the application much more stable than the previous release which gives a positive vibe about its future releases. I was able to navigate through most of its features quite successfully. However, i always got stuck on the Photos option in the options bar. It actually starts loading the pictures in my Facebook profile pretty fast but then it gets stuck and i need to kill the application to get out of it.

I don't know how this app is further going to progress up to its beta phase but i am still very hopeful about it only because of its innovative user interface. You may not get very interested at using this app mainly because of the existence of many other Facebook clients and widgets which offer a lot of functionality. I would just say that install this app and explore it and report the difficulties you face and features that wish to see in this app.

Gets stuck when you access the Photos section from the navigation bar.

The only functionality of the application i would like to see improved is the opening of the web browser in order to log into Facebook . The application opens the web browser for you to allow it to access your profile on Facebook. If the login feature could be integrated within the application itself then it would further enhance the user experience.
