Nokia 5800 selling well in Russia

By Meraj Chhaya | December 10, 2008

It seems that Russians are becoming fans of the Nokia 5800. In less than two weeks, 58 000 units were sold, according to Russian telecoms journalis Eldar Murtazin.

Nokia expected the 5800 to outsell the iPhone, but it actually exceeded their expectations. If that wasn't enough, there are over 46 000 confirmed retail orders by the end of 2008.

The price of the 5800 in Russia is about €400. If you are undecided whether you will buy the 5800 as a Christmas gift, check out some Nokia 5800 reviews.
