Symbian is encouraging developers to showcase their apps at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next month, they are even offering tickets to the show:
Do you have an exciting Symbian OS application based on S60 5.x that you want to show off to the world? If so then we would like to invite you to present your solution at our Application Spotlight demo area on the Symbian Foundation stand at Mobile World Congress, 16-19 February 2009 in Barcelona.

I recently bought a nokia 5800 and it is so frustrating, contrary to their press release how easy it will be to share etc. etc. they even include OVI but try going to their OVI site and register your Nokia 5800, you couldn’t fine it in the supported models. Crazy they are always like that it was the same experience with N82 a year back. It will always takes Nokia months to update their sites to support their new products
