This are breaking news, exclusive news only for nokia5800.net readers. The folks from MMMOO, the ones who released the MyPhone almost one year ago and made the M1 android emulator 1 year ago, are coming with a new emulator, the latest windows version, Win7 for your phone. This Win7 application emulator will be released for Symbian S60 editions and probably to other phone brands, this way you will be able to have the Win7 on the Nokia 5800.
Such as the MyPhone application this works as a tool that makes the screen of your Nokia 5800 look like a microsoft environment running on Nokia 5800, you can add a desktop wallpaper, make calls, send text sms, use the camera, radio, etc. running with a Windows 7 platform.
The Windows 7 emulator will be available in the next week, by the 3rd of July, the price isn't defined yet but for sure we will have a contest here at Nokia5800.net and who knows discount codes? Just subscribe our RSS FEED and stay tuned to our news.
Below we got for you the first screenshots of the Win7, it is running on a Symbian S60 3rd Edition and other phone I think, so the graphics of this MMMOOO application would be better on a Symbian S60 5th edition, such as the Nokia 5800. Promply Rodney will review this application on a Nokia 5800 xpress Music. With this Windows 7 emulator screenshots, many things are hidden, as we cannot know how the widgets on the right side of the phone work, if they are fixed or you can change or if in future versions MMOOO folks will work on the widgets? Also we don't know if this will crash the Nokia 5800 several times or if the experience that MMMOOO folks had with MyPhone lead them to make a better application consuming lower resources, etc. etc.
We will get all this info when the Win7 app is officially released or we will update this post with new information as we get. Cannot wait to use my fingers on this application, it is a great release by MMMOOO!
UPDATE: Windows 7 emulator/launcher has been released and you can check more info on this Win7 release post, or buy from here at MMMOOO for 4,99$, release price. As always, the best news on the best Nokia 5800 website.
We will update this post when we have a Win 7 review.

Why the hell, would you want to have a Windows 7 Emulator on your 5800? Not only that Windows sucks, but also it’s ugly and “disrespectful” to your already beautiful Nokia 5800 XM telephone.
Useless idea if you ask me.
Hey, that’s cool. Looking forward to see this cool launcher interface on my 5800.
This looks exactly like iXP with a new skin.
Just shut up and let him go hey! or are you gonna pay for Paniraj windows 7 emulator???!
does anyone know how to stream windows format internet radio stations on the 5800. Real media format work good. Is there such a thing as a windows player that runs on the 5800. Have loaded the S60 player but gives errors on windows streams. Very frustating as it seems windows streams are the stations I want. Does core player allow all audio streams i.e. can listen to any radio station on the net. Another thing is it possible to allow embedded players to stream from the radio stations web pages.
I have been trying to get an answer to my question, would windows 7 emulator allow windows format audio to stream like real audio does.
Is this a real emulator (meaning you can run Win7 applications like Microsoft office) or just another skin application like MyPhone ? In eithercase I don’t really see a point in it. If it is a real emulator then I don’t think a 5800 has enough resources to run any usable apps at an acceptable performance; if it is just a skin application then its the most user UNfriendly way of using the phone. Default symbian UI is 10x better.
This is a very good phone.

I’d be nervous of it. Have you tried uninstalling MyPhone? Can’t be done unless you remove the card, put it in a PC card reader and remove it manually.
